Job Title: Operations Manager

Job Location: Lorton, VA

Job Duties: Direct and coordinate daily business operations involving closet and cabinet manufacturing; review financial statements and activity reports to measure productivity and to identify areas needing cost reduction; monitor suppliers to ensure that needed products are provided in a timely manner and within budgetary limits; plan sales promotions and set prices for the company’s closet and cabinet products; direct financial and budget activities to fund operations and increase efficiency; develop and implement marketing strategies for the company’s closet and cabinet products; perform sales floor work including assisting customers and taking inventory.

Requirements: Position requires Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration or Management. Position also requires at least 6 months of experience in the job offered or in the alternate occupation of Administrative Associate or Sales Associate. The required experience must have been gained in a company that is engaged in manufacturing closets or cabinets.
